After two flights and a few time zones we have arrived!
A little too early to check in to the hotel, though turns out I wasn’t the “last to know” who walked in behind us.
A short stroll in to town and a first opportunity to pick up my fave NZ drink having visited Paeroa in North Island.
…. and to check out the first of Carolyn’s hot tips Kaiser.
A little freshen up and off to the gig. A cute little venue in the very art deco town hall
What a fab gig. The group sure still have it and so lovely to hear one of my all time faves “Roll to me” live.
Then, not only did we manage to get a pick and set list, this happened back in the hotel bar!
