Good news, the park is open and thanks to staff not being there, no park fees. Surprisingly the shuttle bus is running.
A day in the valley, first stop El Capitan. So impressive!
There are 300 to 500 bears in Yosemite. Whilst we would love to see one, perhaps we don’t?
There are absolutely amazing views from most places in the valley. We checked out most of them! 1997 had extremely high levels of flood water.
